Pre Primary –  Senior Standard VII

The Grace School maintains the Cecchetti Faculty’s aim ‘ to  develop, through a balletic approach, a sense of enjoyment in movement and dance quality’

The syllabi, excluding Senior standard VII  includes free expression to music, which encourages creativity, and elements of Natural Movement.

CECCHETTI CLASSICAL BALLET GRADED EXAMINATION SYLLABUS ( Grades 1-6)
These examinations are accredited  on the Quality & Credit framework (QCF)  for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The syllabus has a technical approach to classical ballet with some theory.

VOCATIONAL GRADED EXAMINATIONS 
(accredited on QCF as the graded examinations)

INTERMEDIATE FOUNDATION INTERMEDIATE ADVANCED I & II

ENRICO CECCHETTI DIPLOMA

NATURAL MOVEMENT  ideal for children and adults
A natural free flowing barefoot dance.  Use of Music Rhythms & instruments.  Nature Themes.   Accessories – ribbons, scarves and hoops.  Solo and group creativity.
Natural movement is combined with the Standard Classical Ballet classes from Standard 1
There is a separate Natural Movement class from Standard III upwards.
