Dance is for everyone

From a 3 year old’s magical start in their first pair of ballet shoes,
Or a serious student pursuing a professional career,
Through to the returning adult who just wants to keep fit.
As a teacher it is so rewarding to see the
Confidence, musicality, grace and poise
That dancing gives to a shy “once a weeker”
Ballet is also fantastic for boys;
It gives them strength of muscle,
They thrive on the excitement of turning and jumping
As they progress to “Men’s steps”.
Footballers have been known to do ballet!
